The Fes Festival of World Sacred Music takes place in the city of Fez or (Fes), Morocco. This unique wonderful and mysterious place is the intellectual capital of Morocco and also a beacon for exchanging and enriching cultural knowledge. This city welcomed throughout the history many great artists, scholars and religious leaders came here and their experience changed the world.<\/p>

This festival was founded in 1994 by a scholar Faouzi Skali and was created with the idea of showcasing sacred music traditions and spiritual music from all over the world. This festival is under the patronage of His Majesty Mohamed VI and has a lot of sponsors and organizations supporting the festival.<\/p>

Due to its ideals and the fact that this festival brings people closer a lot of world artists from around the world performed here. The organizers manage to create in 2006 The Spirit of Fez which help create events like this in cities all over the world. The spirit of fez was created to create more awareness of the World Sacred Music Festival in Fez and the urgent need to have this in every city of the world.<\/p>

Tickets and Accommodations<\/p>

One 10 days pass to the festival is around 139 euros and you need to purchase tickets to every show that is part of the festival with prices that vary from 15 euro to 35 euros.<\/p>

When it comes to accommodations, there are a few hotels next to the location of the events and it starts at 44 euros per night.<\/p>
